Finally, it came up with a combination of fresh cuts of one of these three meats are prepared in the surroundings of The Albufera abundant. Later on, seafood was used instead of, or in addition to any combination of the "traditional" meat Trio, but lack of cooling it was not possible to be seafood, Paella ingredient, as it is now.

The Problem was that the "self-curing" villagers would usually get another hangover the next day, for they would usually prescribe themselves a mighty large dose of wine as part of the "cure". And they would go the next day, and to finish the Paella for a "cure the cure". So, Paella is a two-day "healing". Seafood Paella wouldn't last lazy would be the next day due to lack of cooling.
The bottom line is that nowadays seafood Paella, and the larger the seafood variety, dominated the better. For example, this recipe calls for absolutely Code or Kale, squid, mussels, Baby clams, prawns, Dungeness crab, crawfish tails, and chicken breast. Bayou better replacement of shrimp lobsters.
