    * Enter "localhost" MySQL-server
    * In the "database Name" field, enter the name of the database.
    * Enter your user name and password in the appropriate fields.
    * "mx_" in the "database table prefix."

    * "DB-root-password" is empty.
  • Click on "Install" to start the installation. At the end of the installation you will be prompted to move "config/LocalSettings.php" file in the parent directory. You can do this with your cPanel file Manager or FTP client.

    • Since MediaWiki is MySQL-compatible, you can actually download an existing database in a wiki.
