Use Outlook Express, Eudora, or one of the other main Email programs that download your e-Mails directly to your hard drive, you may be curious as to how your e-Mails can be archived. Or you wonder, "How do I copy an e-Mail message to a CD or DVD?" Now, we're discussing ceilings, and much more, as we e-Mail storage Management.

For those of you who do not use e-Mail archiving, when you archive your e-Mails, you save copies of the messages that you will keep by you want it in a safe place, the place is not in your e-Mail. The messages are moved from the General Inbox or folder of your e-Mail program. They are placed on a CD, floppy drive, or in another area of the hard disk.   2. Once you can archive, go to your Desktop and right-click on the Background. Select the Option "new" and then "folder" to a new folder. You will use this folder to write messages to be archived to a CD for later use.
  3. At this point, if your e-Mail program is not open, you should open it. Make your Browser a smaller size, so that you can keep the Mail open and still be able to see the new folder (on the Desktop) will be created.
